Experiencing stress in itself is not entirely bad. It is actually the body and the mind’s reaction to the stressors that could be dangerous. The sooner a person who is exposed to higher than normal levels of stressfullness, the better his chances are of being cured of the mental and emotional condition. Left untreated, a person experiencing such a condition is in danger of aggravating his situation even more and making the condition much worse.
